About the Project

The Black Citadel marks the center of all evil on Block Empirium. Created by the first Prince of Terror and his faithful servant Zebaoth, this majestic monument rises a stately 200 blocks into the air, making it the server's tallest structure to date.

Equipped with the best qualities of a rogue headquarters, it is also fully upgraded and ready for the use of server-spanning black magic. Black magic undertakings are directly amplified with the power of locally summoned Nether Crystals, which has led to the formation of a growing corruption around our bastion of evil. Marvel at an atmospherically evil landscape populated by creatures normally found only in the Nether.

The Citadel once threatened all the good citizens of Block Empirium, until the evil retired for the moment and turned its attention to an important aspect of villainy: nurturing young talent.

Why not take an internship as a Citadel henchman? Particularly villainous graduates are listed in the honor gallery of true evil. Or let yourself be converted to the dark side by the devilish offer in the fan store. If none of this suits your taste, carry the tidings of death and destruction out into the world on one of the Citadel's swift-as-an-arrow warhorses.

And as if all this evil were not enough, not far from the Citadel you will also find your own PvP arena for two to three players.
